Let's picture a user on MtGox after seeing the latest notice about "technical difficulties"  He/she can't get XBT out so better to sell and start taking screenshots of fiat balances.  Might as well be in fiat since at least one can try a regular lawsuit or something to get that fiat back.  USDOJ has a bunch of millions of MtGox money and bank accounts are at least somewhat traceable.  In such an extreme scenario the rate should dip below other exchanges which in theory might get some fresh fiat back into MtGox.  Possibility or is Gox done for anyways?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I´m not 100% sure about Gox, but another user presented a not so bright outlook for Bitstamp. I don´t think MtGox will go much lower.

Zero very soon.
