You need to use CG miner 3.7.2 or lower, 3.8.5 definitely doesn't support scrypt. I personally use 3.1.1 cgminer-3.8.5-windows>cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://107.170.25.102:3333 -u xxxx -p xxx

Could you tell me where I can download the cgminers 3.7.2 and below? Cool, got time for a fast introduction? I've usually mined with cudaminer on my nvidia but finally got my rig yesterday with 3x r9 290 and couldn't get cgminer to work >.< How the bat file should look like, etc. Appreciate it. |

HunterS: There is so high difficulty for solo mining because a lot of hashpower rushes into it.
I KNOW HOW IT WORKS BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN A COIN AT BLOCK 230 WITH DIFF OF 10 THAT WAS ALL JUST THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS UP IF THATS WHAT IT IS THAN I GUESS THAT WHAT IT IS wow... i looked at all your last posts and it seems your CAPS is locked. I'll download the 3.11 you posted when I get home but will that work with scrypt? |

Neither did we (reply about high hashrat) we are surprised, we tought that normal solo mining will be posible at list 1 day! And that we will have much more time to contact pools and anable pool mining.
We apologize for that! We trippled prize money for pool just to get there the fastest we could!
