All the sportsbooks of the world have available the straight win-draw-defeat for all the soccer events. World Cup or not.
So i don't understand your real problem here to place a win bet for England...

As for sportsbook that have more options than this that you want to try, besides Nitro, is sportsbet or betking.
If you also search the gambling section a bit,you can find more.

well nitrogen is a good site and I remember in my early days in sportsbetting I used to think the same thing about nitrogen , was thinking that it's way too complicated comparing it with Betcoin but you need like just 1 day testing it and you will get used to it

if you want the best odds then check out bitcoinrush and betking since they have the lowest margin in bitcoin sportsbetting , also it won't hurt if you keep an eye on mbet.io but they are still new and sometimes they have higher odds

if you are betting just for fun as you are saying then just stick to bitcoinrush since most of the times they have the highest odds , but if you want to take betting more seriously then you need to check way more than one site in order to get the best odds

I personally use sportsbet.io to bet on it.
It usually offers 80+ markets to bet on football. Its easy to use and deposits are instant. It has never asked me for a kyc but in some cases where the amount is bigger than 1BTC, there have been cases where they have asked for kyc. Havent had any problem much personally with them, but still research everything before you put your money somewhere.

Disclaimer : I do not endorse the website, this opinion is just based on my personal experience and any losses henceforth incurred wont be my fault.

Thanks for the reply everyone.

After the long search + suggestion from you guys , I have found betking which have a neat interface. Bet 2x match in Betking, (Japan Vs Senegal) and (Poland Vs Colombia).
