Regardless of everything generated by the activation of its main net, EOS became the backlash target of users and crypto fans, following the freezing decision of seven accounts suspected of being compromised with some phishing scams during the token registration process.

its normal coz during these times maybe they think some where going to sell
or these might help the holders if something happen, with the coins
and i think its normal to freeze it to avoid issues during mainnet i think tron also freeze it
im not quite sure but these security measures are part of their security protocol
lets just hope for the better and see whats ahead

According to Steemit's post by EOS block producer (BP), EOS42, after a two-hour conference call, all BP voted unanimously to comply with the EOS911 initiative - also created by the previously mentioned candidate - designed to assist those who have been the subject of phishing attacks and private key theft, since the EOS Core Arbitration Forum (ECAF), the body created to decide disputes between users, decided not to override this issue, citing the lack of current jurisdiction.

It is a crucial time. So I belive that at this moment we all should be more aware from the scammers. I believe that EOS has a great future in coming days.

Its ordinary because amid these circumstances possibly they think some place going to offer or on the other hand these might encourage the holders if something happen, with the coins furthermore, I think it’s ordinary to solidify it to maintain a strategic distance from issues amid main net. So do not be panic or worry.

I got to say i'm confused with the way they do things.
I hear that they might take back your eos if you don't use them within 3 years.
I think they still have to vote on this but that kind of thing shouldn't even be considered.
