Christ when I quit playing I didn't want to save up 5000 for mount training.
80k won't last forever? Or is that not as huge as it was 2 years ago or whenever I quit.

There was alot of inflation after Wrath. $1 used to be 100 gold now it's around 1000

Thanks for the reply. Seems the game got a hell of a lot easier too.
I quit when the island of quel whatever opened up. Well a few months after that and before Wrath.
The game basically the same just bigger or did it change a lot?

It's bigger and all the details have been reworked, but it's the same game.

Gold is a lot easier to get now that there's daily quests that award 20-30 each and you can do 25 each day, so over all it's worth less.

Yeah figured if he's selling that much you can spend it fast too..
I played a lot of EQ and a little WoW interesting to see how different they deal with xpacs. WoW is great if you're casual, would piss me off if I raided 20 hours a week to get geared up and replaced it in 15 min after the new xpac by turning a few teeth in. EQ makes it a total bitch to catch up.
