BTC-E.com Locked account

[btctradera]

I sent wire to BTC-E.com they did credit in my account , but i can not withdraw is not showing "money on hold , "
its showing "Denied for your account. Contact support."

I did contact support more then one week , several ticket and message , but no response

and i sent all documents to them also ,

Business License
Bank Statement
AL founders passport and ID (front and back page of id and passports)
Company Article of associate
Swift Message ,
Bank receipt ,

But they ignore me , i dont know what is wrong with them ,

Is anyone has same issue

The support is pretty bad there, and I have seen quite a number of posts mentioning no one reply their tickets...
