"Sites that are violating the terms of the AGPL by not publishing their source

That's correct, since the coin we knew as RaiBlocks (XRB) is now NANO, the site is also changing its name to NanoGames (formerly RaiGames).

I strongly recommend that players steer clear of casinos that pirate their game's software such as this one.

Anyone may use bustabit's old v1 source code for free (even commercially!) as long as they comply with its open source license and make their own code available under the same terms. Casinos that don't want to do that have the option of purchasing a paid license from bustabit that doesn't have that requirement. NanoGames has neither published its source code nor purchased a license from bustabit, which means they are using our software without permission.
