of course everyone is expecting that too, now bitcoin will be stable with its value. in the coming year with more and more people knowing and receiving technology for bitcoin, the value will increase.

In market there are lots of crypto currency are available based on this the price of coins are down but you should think this that its like a share market any time price can fluctuate and this price may vary for supply and demand based on you need to wait for good time.

Even though I am not particularly fond of technical analysis for bitcoin price prediction, but the current price should not make an early adopter depressed in any way. 2017 was exceptionally great for the crypto market but 2018 is not looking very promising as of now. However, it certainly doesn't mean that coming years will be dull as well. We can definitely hope for a better situation.

I adopted back in 2014 so I am less bothered about the decrease because I am sure the current situation will not continue for longer.

That's right 2018 does not look as promising for bitcoin as the previous years were. But the community still holds the faith in the bitcoin for some ray of hope is still alive for something good to happen in the coming years of bitcoin evolution. The price drop in the bitcoin is a matter of concern for everybody in the crypto market and many people have lost their wits in this panic. But yes this technical analysis is a sign that future of the bitcoin and the crypto market is bright and hopefully there wont be any further disappointment for the community in the future.

If people are trying to become actual traders they need to be in a decent exchange that lets you set up stop losses, and a person should sit in say tether or something extremely stable inbetween trades if they cant go cash. Hopfully with this crash and the g20 UN regulations starting and or being presented in july allot of the usless coins fall off.

That's the usual practice that most of the traders are doing, converting and let their money sit on tether while waiting for the drop to have more buying power if ever bitcoin's on sale.

Can't see some progress right now even after the G20 meeting last time but that's how it goes, moving on to the next chapters of this market.

As long as you are keep on holding there's no need to worry, long term holders will still have the final laugh. Day traders are the most worried with this crash and the newbies as well.

Plus Bitcoin's present volatility will be nothing but a small drop when it reaches 6 digits. Check the volatility of 2011 and compare it to its volatility today for perspective.

The price at that point will speak for itself. All these drops are good for one thing, and that's accumulation. If we look at long term hodlers, then it's pretty safe to say that they have shorted last year and went long at near current levels. Our main goal is to end with more coins than before a bull run, and these corrections lend themselves perfectly for that. I find it quite interesting to see how people keep ignoring past charts like they don't carry any weight. The only certain thing about this market is that it WILL go up -- when and where doesn't matter, people should be on board before it blasts through the atmosphere again....

Well, a lot of things that we should focus in order to help bitcoin and to improve it rather than doing panic move everytime that the price going down, we should always consider that thing. No need to be depressed, all is well for those who are willing to wait.

Yeah, speculations say values are failing/dying/crashing and a bunch of other words for market going red but the actual value of bitcoin is still wayyyy higher than in the past and I doubt anyone predicted that bitcoin would do this great, it's really reassuring to look at it that way because it's the truth tbh

We were 70% in the loss. 5000 USD would mean a loss of 75% from 20000. I think this is already a huge drop and people are still predicting that it could go lower.
This correction isn't like 2014. If you compare the charts, there was a big recovery in summer 2014 and it didn't happen here yet.

Agree, I think what had happened last year would not mean it will repeat back but we should also not ignore that the possibility is still there. People should move on and focus on the actual current market trend movement of bitcoin. As per observation, the pump experience that is happening in the current situation are just very slight corrections and as you can see the price adjustment going for an uptrend movement is just slow compared to what had happened last year. People should not be depress on what's happening with btc market for this will eventually move in a gradual phase and let's wait for it to happen.
