That's weird. They are probably checking if you used multiple accounts or they might have detected some other issue. You shouldn't worry too much though as long as you didn't do anything fishy.

Stay patient and keep speaking to their customer care actively on their site and in this forum.

Use live support for your concern because they response quicker.

The support usually reply any concern. Provide complete info of your concern and supporting evidence that the team is not responding to your concern.

Support takes time. If the user wants to get support from Bitcasino's representative in Bitcointalk, leave his username on Bitcasino then the team can check it for him.

Nope. I use Bitcasino customer many times and they are always quick on fixing the issue. This case just need enough time because they are investigating the user account. Bringing this to the Bitcointalk support will just result the same since they will  transfer the case to security team which currently handling the case.

Also, the only time Bitcointalk support will enter on the case is when the casino representative is not making some response which is not the case here.

Casino usually do the investigation during withdrawal since there’s no security issue when your funds is still in the casino. They do the background check when you are already withdrawing the money. Be patient if you knew that didn’t do shady things. They will release your funds soon and be honest to them since they have records of your account including IP address.

Other alternative can be like a consolation prize for those who are on the 4th and 5th position in the prediction.
Bitcasino may change the 20% boost for the reward if there are 100 predictions into a prize for the 4th and 5th position.
Or maybe they can add additional rule for consolation prize, I dont think adding 1-2mbtc on the prizepool is a big deal for Bitcasino as long as the contests brings them good impacts.

I think he means they make a step forward and make something more, not only the ussual rackebacks, cashbacks, etc. They also for example makes more personalized events or even they make videos not only to catch people but also they make videos about cryptocurrencie, and they took part into the community and if a event its important for the community they make a promotion for that.

You mention SB and yes SB its the sister of Bit as far as i know, and you can see SB makes a ton of promos here and no other crypto casino/sportbooks make that, also they put their representatives with a high contact to community.
