Actually Bitcoin prediction for a month can be considered as gambling so I understand if inning on this contest is very hard because crypto traders mind is crazy AF. We can’t predict when will good news and bad news will drop in the public while crypto traders easily reacts on this kind of publicity which is TA is very hard to use except on predicting using strong support and resistance .

Bitcasino will not allow this kind of exclusion if his country is got listed on restricted country. Maybe the purpose of the message is to recover funds left on his account but it’s hard to believe that will allow players to play by using VPN to dodge his country jurisdiction for online gambling. I once inquire on almost same issue but in my case was asking permission to play restricted games to my country. They strongly suggest to don’t use VPN to dodge restriction just to play the game and I think this almost same issue but on his account.

As far as I know the admin has posted it but I can't find the link, I also use the same method as you change the DNS
Regarding the app, usually the restriction does not affect to the app for example like binance blocked in my country
but work if I use it on my smartphone so I assume this method also works for other app including Bitcasino.
