not only math but its luck  . he win because he is lucky that time  .  17000x is usual because on other site that i play , there are games that has a higher multiplier than this one but of course the chance of hitting them is verry verry slim  .

There is no sure thing in gambling as it is all about luck. If someone is in very bad luck then he wont hit any big payout even if he play for so long time.
