250,000 TRX is the maximum value of this trip. For example someone who'd travel further away would most likely have higher costs to be covered than someone coming from Shanghai itself. That would explain the difference between cash prize and trip prize

The teamtrees.org is a good initiative but I hope these people are planting the correct trees. Trees take up a lot of water, so the location for these

trees must be chosen correctly for it not to put too much pressure on the water supply. I watched the MrBeast tree planting video and it did not

look like it was properly planned. The whole idea started with the fires in the Amazon and the fud that was spread about the Amazon supplying 60%

of all the global oxygen supply. I would have rather supported some clean "water" initiative, because a lot of countries are struggling with a lack of

clean water now.

Could it be that you just had a once off bad experience? My last interaction with the support team was very good and helpful, but it was more than 2 months ago. I have never had any problems with them before, so I would suggest you take this up with Karl here and get him to pull up your chat logs to see what went wrong.

Everyone has a bad day once in a while, even help desk people working on a 24/7 helpdesk. 

The free spin and deposit bonus is actually a valid point, it was much better in the past. I also hope they can bring back the nice promotions and giveaways that they had back in the day.
