Could it be that you just had a once off bad experience? My last interaction with the support team was very good and helpful, but it was more than 2 months ago. I have never had any problems with them before, so I would suggest you take this up with Karl here and get him to pull up your chat logs to see what went wrong.

The free spin and deposit bonus is actually a valid point, it was much better in the past. I also hope they can bring back the nice promotions and giveaways that they had back in the day.

Well, not every place has to be active all the time and not every place makes the same amount of money the others do. Last deposit bonus I received was december last year and it was a 100% bonus UP TO what was equivalent to ‎€10 at the time. It was the christmas wheel they had last year if anyone remembers.


I surely wouldn't call the free spins useless. Not many sites give free spins at the wager sizes that bitcasino does. Mostly I lose on them, but sometimes I've hit big. Almost all free spins I get on every other site I would call useless compared to bitcasinos (not all)
It just needs a little tweaking. Sometimes I get 20+ 1 mbtc spins, and sometimes its 1/10th of that. One time this month I was actually given 1 (yes one) spin as a loyalty reward, It was my first loyalty reward for the month after having wagered over ‎€50000 in 2 weeks. What a kick in the nuts!

As I've said quite a few times in the past, and others are now saying it, I would honestly like to see deposit bonuses come back instead of these loyalty free spins.

I am glad you got sorted out after all that drama. Also nice of you to come back to the forum to acknowledge that things was resolved. This is a self-moderated thread and OP could just have deleted your issue, but they did not do that.

There is nothing wrong with expressing your concerns, but you have to do that in a professional manner, without all the drama.   A site like this will just go from strength to strength when people give constructive criticism.

Yes, there might be individual incidents, but it is not to say that it is the norm. Every organization have good and bad employees. They have to make sure that everyone is on par when you deal with your customers, because competition is tough in the online gaming scene now.

Let's hope the promotions would also be looked at, because it certainly draw me back, when I see new promotions or events. I like to skip between a couple of my favorite casinos and those with promotions gets my money.

Live support was genuinely nice, as usual, and told me they thought it might have something to do with the size of the bet for the free spins it was trying to give me so they fixed it and actually increased the bet size, which was very nice of them...
