For the 2nd time in a row I had to contact live support because it told me to when I tried to claim the milestone free spins under the loyalty program. Live support was genuinely nice, as usual, and told me they thought it might have something to do with the size of the bet for the free spins it was trying to give me so they fixed it and actually increased the bet size, which was very nice of them...

It seems like 1 in every 25 buys of 1500 euro actually gives a player profit. But even if the win is 800x the player has still lost 20 x 1500. 95% of the buys end in a loss greater than 700 euro.
