Couldn't agree more!! I'm quite sure we are not the only ones complaining either because month or so ago they sent out email asking for feedbacks on the loyalty program. I'm sure many others are displeased as well.

I agree with Lucky whoever designed the new loyalty program should be fired. The goal is to keep people playing to unlock higher rewards not the opposite they get so pissed off at the crap free spins that they quit altogether.

Just bring back deposit bonuses and add in free spins or comp points. Keep it simple its really not that hard to run a casino marketing dept. Bitcasino used to do the best job in the entire online industry of rewarding its loyal players with gifts, bonuses, free plays etc. Now you have people in charge that have no clue whatsoever.

As I've noticed the general trend nowadays with promos etc , is that no matter how big the promos are , in the end you'll still have plenty of sore losers complaining about it .

I'm curious to you guys that are complaining , when you go to a land based casino ,  to gamble your money , are you asking at the front desk "deposit bonuses " ?   Or when you play on an online casino , and u get some 20 % -50 % deposit bonus with 30-40 X waggering , is that the reason you deposit ? Cause lets say for 100 bucks you get that 20 or 50 extra that is suddenly making you rich ?

it's not absurd when its the only kickback you get and is broken a lot...
to answer your question about walk in casinos, yea, i make sure the kickbacks are worth it. How did your performance go before? I mean, if I deposit every week 3 times but I am always going all in on zero on roulette, that is 72 times in 6 months. I can definitely bust.

Its all about luck obviously, you were in a very bad luck. What games you were playing during 6 months? Anyway, no matter what games you were playing, I believe you won some rounds while playing but you ended up with a bust because you keep playing.
