You can't create account by yourself because create account can only person which already have acccount.

Don't know what service you are giving here, but if a person already has EOS to send, then that means they already have an EOS account. If you are talking about premium usernames, then one can do that on [Scatter + https://www.myeoskit.com]. And using Scatter requires your private key. So I guess first the person will send you 1 EOS to get a name and then you'll ask them their private keys, right? Seriously looks pretty legit...

You uncorrect understand me. Now you can't create account. Only another account can create account for you using your public key.
