I have been reading a lot since I started working on this essay and I think there is a massive potential on green energy mining. no CO2 emissions and renewable apparently solves one of the big problems about mining itself, the high costs of electricity. sounds good to me haha. I am too broke to invest in any project but I wish I could.

Should make sense because the concentration of mining activities solely in China, on account of cheap electricity, possess a threat to the cryptocurrency industry. Aside the huge initial cost implication for green energy -(ICO hopefully takes care of that,) the cost/kilowatt broken down over the years, makes them viable.

The closest thing is PoS (proof of stake) which appears to be becoming more popular than PoW at the moment as it requires much less electricity. Instead you stake the coins and get a return in exchange for maintaining the network

Be extremely careful with all ICO, but particularly with those that deal with mining. It is very easy to fall into a bobytrap.

There are already some number of projects which do propose green mining which do litterally mines with the use of natural source or electricity which arent harmful into the environment either windmills,solar panels, hydroelectricity and other sources of energy which doesnt really need consume or do cause harmful effects in the environment.
For now i dont have any track of those projects if they do able to proceed or achieve their targets or do normally failed and died out in the end.

We need to adopt green energy mining as soon as possible because the electricity that is burned to complete as single transaction is way too much and we need an alternative if we want crypto to take over and digitalize the world. Both these projects are great if we consider use case here. I would personally recommend investing in moonlight as it is based on NEO platform as we know that projects that launch on NEO platform have some real world application and innovative ideas.

I totally agree on you most of them are african based ICO's which is a good thing when this one erodes on african sectors. Well this will be a good addition to the market because africa is a big country although it's not that rich i think if people will be starting to develop blockchain project that may benefit this continent i believe it will be a very big help. As per the difficuly increase and i thought that the mining will become more and more difficult and the consume of electricity will increase a lot in every period. That's a bad decision to invest in the green energy mining. It will not give you a lot of energy. For big scale miners and it will be totally useless. It's helping you to fill a small percentage of electricity.

I hope you have heard the phase that “little drops make the mighty ocean”. Though the electricity saved by green energy mining is less, it’s worth something atleast. And this is just the start; the technology will keep on upgrading in future.
