Buying Paypal Funds to Bitcoin (some questions first)

I want a quick $50 Paypal funds in exchange of my bitcoin. Will used it on online store and Paypal is the only payment method available. I don't really have an idea about using Paypal now (last used was nearly almost a decade now).

a) Can I still received Paypal funds and used it freely without a verified account? Back then Im receiving funds without a verified account.

b) Can I purchased something using Paypal as payment method without a verified account?

2. Hmm no verification prior? Maybe the best way is to contact the merchant itself and sees if they received the same concern. I will checked this first.

Anyways, I will back here. If I want to deal with you, I want you to send me your Paypal fund first and I will used it first before paying you my BTC. Paypal transactions is reversible and no worries as I will not wreck my name for $50.
