True reason behind low payment in bounty & solution.

Even I am not yet joined but I have noticed that nowadays bounty payment very less. I just try to find what is true reason of behind it.
I will try discribe below what I found:

1) Bounty cheater with multiple account: Recently many case I have seen that same people have many account to participate bounty. I have caught some and many other people also. There I found a single person have more then 100 alt account. This is that we have found only. But there are many clever bounty cheater that we will not able to find or catch. Due to stake system there will be low payment.

2) Scam ICO: This is also big problem now. Even participant do hard work, if ICO become scam then everything is worthless.

3) Corrupted manager: Another reason is corrupted managers. As well as maximum managers get payment by eth or btc. They are not investigate much that ICO legit or probably scam. They don't care about hunter.

4) Immature manager: Last day just I check some bounty from first page. I am surprise that there are 90% immature manager. Just their rank Jr. Member with low activity. I think even they are not aware about bitcointalk rule. Just joined here and terget to become manager or some Sr. Manager help them. We can't expect good result from them.

5) Unlimited participant: There is no limited participant most of bounty( not all) . If 10K participant then stake will distribute according to amount on participant and token are allocated. Simply you will get less token.

Solution: It's very hard to find solution. But I think it's not impossible. First try to find multiple account holder and report to managers. So that many participant will be disqualify. Before participate any bounty do your best research what can you do. And share your opinion with others by reply on thread or ANN.
Managers should minimum research about ICO before start. If they exit scam that's is different case. But before start should little bit research what you feel. Don't be selfish. And you can limited participant for bounty to get quality promotion.
For participant try to choose best and reputed managers in order to get good payment. Avoid immature managers.

It isn't easy to find multiple account. Just because of mistakes from them, so we can find out multiple account. If no mistakes like same wallet address, same twitter/facebook, you can not find out. Forum doesn't restrict same IP for multiple account.

I think its main point of low payment in bounty. Because of unlimited participants, more people are coming everyday, that's why I give up on a bounty campaign that have 1K5 - 2K participants. Its waste time when you done 2 - 3 months of bounty, and receive only few tokens. We are bounty hunters, want limited participants to get more tokens, but project want more people to come, so they don't limit number of participants

Do not forget that the most ICOs do not succeed, and although they are not scams, but they do not reach the soft cap and then they do not pay.
Others pay but then the project is abandoned and those tokens are worthless.

I think most people never click a signature, and thus it makes the signature campaigns highly inefficient. The only companies that can make signature campaigns worthwhile are those which are an ICO and can simply make more of their coins out of thin air thus paying their afiliate marketers without having to pay them anything real. (which is ironic because this is the exact reason why Bitcoin is successful, so this DOESN'T happen in the real world with your money, banks printing more money and deflating the value of the money you have already).

Also the topics in which signature campaigns post are usually spammy threads where posts will just go under in a few seconds with no people seeing the signature or caring about it. That's because of the nature of things, they are getting paid to post 20 times per week. Caring about what they post, and how many people might see their posts is a waste of time for them.

Also in ICO they exist the hackers who do everything to know our private key of ethereum wallet and stole the eth balance and they exist many new token who don't listed in any exchange so you cannot sell them

honestly there are many bounties scam and after hard work you never recieve any tokens but this is like lottery you work and wait result after ico finish and they pay you but i adviise you  that ico about ecosystem ir trading are successful ico

Even those you have listed will not happened in a certain bounty, if the market value of the token reward is not that good then still it's a low payment.

Anyways how you define low payment? Low allocation? Remember that you will just know the value of your reward once it established a market value. Even you have the largest stake for let's say you got 50% of all token allocated for bounty if the market value is low then still you have a less reward.

Your list doesn't have a direct connection why bounty have low payment . It's a matter of sales result and ability of the team to lists the coin in a big exchange and established a good volume.

There are 2 points of low payment in bounty:
+ Unlimited participants: Yes, you are right. More particpants less stakes/tokens you receive. If its hyped ICO, Im sure it will be thousand of participants each campaign include multiple account. Bounty manager will lose control and make mistake of calculating.
+ Low rank/Low quality: Its about your work. If you are Hero/Legendary member, 1 week of your signature equal 5 - 10 weeks of Jr.Member or Member. Even in twitter/fb campaign, if you get 10K+ followers, your stakes/tokens are double. So if you don't get highest rank tool, you will get low payment.

Try joining the campaign managed by the top managers as generally their campaign become successful in the end. So you will receive the token and also their listing might be a good if the team is good and eventually have not cheated anybody and it has a good buzz in the market. Such camping may help you earn good money.

The best way is to hire a cheater hunters and the payment will be - their stakes
Only if youll have a 100% proof. Its the best motivation for hunters and wont cost anything to project

I think the best solution is our responsibility as bounty hunters - do research.  We are responsible to know what we are getting into and hence we must scrutinize the bounty campaign prior engaging with them. 

The best solution is preventive and not corrective.  ICO scammers are becoming successful because of irresponsible bounty hunters.  If we will become responsible (doing our part by researching the bounty campaign before joining, prevent ourselves by being ignorant) then ICO scammers will be lessen and will not be tolerated.
