I know, normally if you don't have problems you don't have problems. The horrible thing is when you have a problem since first day, you bring to the shop, they say they would send to pioneer and would took a month (so they called them and offered me to take it if i bring the same day my self). So then, you bring to pioneer, they keep for a month, and they say "It is working perfect" i ask... how you were trying, and they answer. "we were using for the piped music". And then i say... but... it is having this problem each 30 min! i don't think that is the way of trying it. And then they say they are the professionals and i cant say a shit.
I brought home and i recorded the problem (you connect the sound system by headphones to the computer input line, set the computer to record in high frequency, record for some hours, you can see each 20-30-40 min (it is around 30) the silents appearing graphically and you can verify if you listen the record. I send to pioneer my investigation, they ask me to bring again, they don't care about what i sent and they "try" again using as piped music, but this time a worker was for a couple of days working next to the system. WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY IS THIS ONE.
i have brought it two times more (20€ of petrol each time, and i live in a 3º without elevator and that box is horrible heavy having one of the times and issue in my back)
I was only asking about: can you please give me another (used one or not, even if it was new) so i shut up, or you wanna keep telling "it is not having any problem".
SHIT OF COMPANY. DON'T BUY PIONEER.
And yes, i was elevating the problem, sending to Pioneer Spain, later to Pioneer Europe, and later to Pioneer japan. But they just don't care.
