How we'll play:

Once all tickets are taken (and paid for) we'll select 2 Bitcoin blocks that will be mined in the near future and use those block hashes to determine the winners. The last character in the block hash determines who has the winning ticket! 1st Block determines the 2nd Prize winner. 2nd Block determines the 1st Prize winner.

Well, if you bought all 16 tix then yea it wouldn't make any sense, but if you are buying 1 or 2, you are basically gambling to see if you can win a prize worth more than your entry ticket cost, this is nothing new

I'll take slot "e" and "b", but will pay when some more slots start to fill up if that's alright. Also, you should consider adding a 3rd prize, which would be a ticket to your next raffle, or raffleception; I think that would be really interest-provoking.
