Pretty much yes.

We will be selling the devices after 90 days as there will likely be something better at a better price available.  If you pay through all 3 months then the proceeds from the device sale will be refunded to you (minus shipping costs) so it is * estimated that the total cost of 90 days at 180-200Gh is 1.5B considering 2B total paid - the estimated .5B refund. 

I say do your own research because everything with B and ASICs is an estimate/guesstimate/monkey on a typewriter.  These are the numbers I am buying ASIC's with for my own operations.

According to every manufacturer in China there is a 3% discount for purchasing 144 or more devices.   Sooooooo Sure.   2.5% if you order a gross
