Agree.  

You have to be an idiot to make large cash trades with people you don't know.  Selling 1 BTC is one thing, but $30k is nuts.  The guy should've told the cop to fuck off once there was mention of any illegal purchases with the BTC.

People need to change their user names on localbitcoins every few transactions.  They're obviously going to target the bigger traders first.  It's nice to have a high rating, but it isn't necessary if you are doing local cash trades.
