First thing to think about is to have a better understanding of what kind of ico you are in. Make sure to check all the details and if their project could have great value in the future. The decision whether to exchange it or to hold depends on what you find out in your research. So if the project is good and may have good future, then you can hold it till the value is high enough for you. But if the project is doubtful to be good in the future, then maybe you can exchange it.

We have to monitor so that we can sell at a reasonable price, because there are usually many tokens that are not valuable, so if we get airdropped tokens that have more value for just sold tokens.

If I get a free coin and the value is too small I hodl it first before I exchange it. But I only exchange my coin with a high value and If I really need money for my expenses. I do not just exchange my coin with a no valid reason. So that if the time comes and I really need a money I have something to get for my needs.

I usually get free tokens for participating in ICO signature campaigns. As a rule, ICO campaigns, to which I join, have a perspective, therefore, I keep tokens until they rise in price to a decent amount. If I see that the ICO project has difficulties in development, then most likely I will immediately sell this token.

holders are get much more profit than traders all the time. but holding is boring than day trade of course. if you have a real job you should hold your tokens which you think they are strong.

I will exchange it immediately, I think for what we are working hard on airdrop if not to exchange the tokens we have produced. I will personally do that, and don't care about what people say.

It depends on the coins, I consider them for their present value, the future potential (determined the the quality of team, product, roadmap, community etc) and my current  need as an investor

I agree, you should also be very sensitive when it comes to holding and selling your portfolio since the market now is bearish and you might lose half of your portfolio but also save what has left of it because it might go to zero value. Your decision is very critical but you have to do it to minimize loses in the future.

For airdrop's tokens,  I prefer to sell them immediately in the exchange since I'm afraid if the price getting down. I guess it needs a long time for the tokens to go up. So,  better exchange it if you're not patient to wait.
