LOCALFLOW NETWORK: the first decentralized chatbot platform for real local exchanges
We are building a decentralized and easily customizable AI chatbot platform for users by their business, personal service, and fostering local exchanges worldwide.

What is a chatbot?
A chatbot is a software that allows you to automatically answer questions or answers from users. You can integrate them in many of the messaging apps (Telegram, WeChat, Facebook Messenger, etc.) or web app. So you do not need to download other apps! Our chatbots will already be accessible directly from the Apps already downloaded by users. We are building a network of chatbots that every user can build for their business or service, all part of a single network and searchable through a main chatbot: that of Localflow's "local search". The latter will then be able, based on user requests, to look for the right chatbot among those made by users, and then the right service for the search carried out. Because to answer or understand the questions and requests of users, our chatbots need to do something called NLP (Natural Language Processing). We have, in fact, created a chatbot that includes what users ask for it through a normal message, without using buttons or complicated instructions. A bit like talking to a virtual assistant.
Why decentralized network?
Because we think that development, if shared, is faster and more effective. Our source code will be open source and anyone who wants to enrich our offer will be rewarded by the system.
How will it be rewarded and who else will it be?
Data analysts and programmers will be rewarded in EWA token, a cryptocurrency created specifically for our system. In reality, all the protagonists of the local economies will also be rewarded: therefore, who will be able to offer quality services and events within our network.

Why do we focus on local economies?
How do we do it all over the world? Localflow has thought of a different system than the one proposed by GAFA to promote and market user products. Everyone will be free to create their own chatbot to register their products and services and this will be included in the Localflow chatbot network. The search for services for each user will be limited in his search area and not in others (unless he asks for some other area). The research will not be based on the keywords and related sales auctions aimed at competing the various activities. Instead, our research will be LOCALIZED and guided by user needs. Let's go to deepen the request by stimulating the chatbot to ask further questions. I'll give you an example: if a user asks a place to drink a good cocktail in Milan tonight, the chatbot will answer asking for other information such as the maximum budget, if he wants a bar with live music, if he wants it near him, etc. . We believe that a conversation interface is the best way to fulfill a request and not an auction system that allows the sale of visibility and the forcing of the related game behind this dynamic. The fact that it is local does not prevent it being replicable all over the world. We want to build infact "GLOCAL" niches all over the world.
How do users search this data?
Always taking the example of before, the words "cocktail", "Milan" and "tonight"... what will their destiny be? These search criteria will be passed into a network called Tangle, the DAG o IOTA. Through an IOTA technology called
MAM, we pass all user information into an encrypted systemand readable only by the chatbots relevant to the request. In the end, when the output is presented to the user, the data entered by him are eliminated without leaving a trace or constructing unnecessary filtering bubbles. In fact, the user will have to define what he is interested in and what he is looking for when talking to the chatbot.
What problem do we solve? The services now present, although giving a huge contribution to local services, implicitly exploit the resources (both of data and percentages of fees) gradually impoverishing local economies. Also, how many merchants or business owners really know how to use the new digital tools to enhance their offer? How are these services really useful for real activities? They do this by defining their services as free, but we know that they are not. Our information and our attention are in fact the most important resources we have. We propose an infrastructure that makes data remain totally within these local niches, a development that is decentralized and incentivized by the help of the users themselves, a system that rewards the true protagonists of the local economies and the commission percentages on our services that are significantly lower than the competition. We can offer reservation, food delivery, stock provisioning services at much lower prices precisely because of our lean and shared architecture. We also encourage the development of local economies through the inhabitants of these areas.
What does all this mean? That through our EWA token will be rewarded people who will stimulate the call to action to particular services, which will play the role of opinion leader within the local community and that will optimize the ROI of the local promotion by embodying the role of "micro -influencer". Businesses can allocate financial resources to be distributed automatically to users who stimulate other people to buy services and products thanks to their advice and sharing. All in a highly automated, totally encrypted and able to reduce the distractions to zero.
What kind of payments will we integrate in our network? The chatbots and Localflow services will be purchased through EWA token which, as mentioned before, will also be the token that will reward the virtuous use of Localflow services. We will also support payments in IOTA and FIAT through our own multi-currency wallet already built and in the internal testing phase.
Why we use IOTA?
Because IOTA transactions are instantaneous and 0% fees. Moreover, through some IOTA technologies such as
flash channels we can take advantage of even faster prepared channels. We believe that
