It was difficult to understand what you are trying to say. Why did you missed some letters in your words?
Anyway, if you see posters breaking rules of Bitcointalk, just use "report to moderator" button, you don't have to start thread on Meta about it.

It seems that you have no letters with umlauts in your font. I changed some letters to avoid stupid bug "you have made this post already" which appears when you press "Preview" on the post and then "Post".

Just wait sir. Moderators wouldn't tell you if they did anything on the users or posts you've reported. Yet you can see it if you report soon that you reported posts with a number of accuracy (meaning if you reported the right thing or not)

No doubt they're alt accounts, just based on that strange punctuation style alone.  If multiple individuals had, by coincidence, the same style, it'd be against astronomical odds that they'd be posting consecutively in the same thread.  However, I don't know what rules were broken.  Alt accounts aren't illegal here, and scams aren't even moderated.  You can get all pissed off that mods aren't jumping when you snap your fingers, but you obviously don't know how bitcointalk works.

Also, the OP's post looks like it's growing a beard.
