In this wiki explains none at all how to use them, none. I put -datadir=<D:\Bitcoin> in the target field of a shortcut from bitcoin client, did nothing. What am I suppose to do with this cmd line arguments?

Could anyone edit that wiki to be a little bit more specific rather than jamming up the forums in which I prefer not to do. Like, do not use the brackets and to use the target section of a shortcut to the bitcoin client.

It's common sense NOT to use <>. Obviously it was a placeholder for the directory path.

How do I even respond to this? Obviously it is not common sense, the only thing I could make of the whole situation was put the cmd in the target field of a shortcut and that was because I've dealt other apps like so, and really it was a good guess. But for the brackets, no, that is not common sense. Common sense is like, don't put your hand in boiling water. So take your insults else where.
