sorry, unfortunately your question is not much specification and does not provide an sample. But I will try to answer it, i hope can give what you are looking for.

1. Assembled mining rig is a rig that can be assembled to be cleaned or repaired the hardware, eg. GPU rig in general.
2. Unassemled rig is rig that can not be plug and play or can not be repaired hardware, so if it damaged you buy again, eg. bitminer or ASIC mining.

unassembled:
1. you can customize the hardware with what you want
2. you can be learning about build the mining rig
3. a bit cheaper if compared with buying an assembled if with the same of spec
