It would be interesting to see which ICO review sites actively ask for payment for better reviews/promotion. Care to share which ones have done so in the past?

None of the ICO rating sites ask money for rating your ico or for giving 5 stars. They ask money to display your ico in the front page of their sites so that your ico gets better exposure and that option is called premium . But even you chose premium option, your rating wont change. You will get the rating according to your ico structure.
