Code:
g++: internal compiler error: Killed (program cc1plus)
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.
See <file:///usr/share/doc/gcc-4.7/README.Bugs> for instructions.
make: *** [obj/init.o] Error 4
ideas anyone?

How much RAM does the system have?
exactly, that was the cause.

I doubled the RAM to 1GB, since then no problems anymore.

Here's my tutorial how to compile a wallet in linux, on your own VPS for 5$.
Now I know - yippieh.

Just an FYI the MCR has already been used with Microcoin:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=397679.0

I'm pretty sure this is going to cause a lot of confusion on exchanges later.

There is a microCoin going nowhere, let us see how this Macrocoin will fare. As Mivexil said above the frequent halving doesn't guarantee value.

awesome im gonna throw my hashes at this too.  Grin

UPDATE

Keep mining. It is useless shutting down the coin now. Bounty for someone is is able to build a windows-qt. Exchanges on the way.

This is pretty great news! Let's hope somebody builds a windows wallet .Smiley

Hi,
does anyone successfully compiled/ran wallet on linux (ubuntu)?
I want to send coins from pools to this wallet.

I've got this far:
- I have macrocoind running
-- but I dont know how to get a new address from it. Is it a generated password?
- I tried to compile macrocoin-qt
-- qmake ran through
-- make makes only this output "cd /opt/mcr.wallet/macrocoin; /bin/sh share/genbuild.sh /opt/mcr.wallet/macrocoin/build/build.h
" and exits
- I downloaded compiled macrocoin-qt
-- it shows me splashscreen with wallet and macrocoin logo and exits

So, any suggestion, please? Thank you!
