Due to technical maintenance the website will be offline for a short period of time. All your shares are calculated, all pool servers work. The main server will be migrated. Payments will be started as soon as possible.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Am having issues on several rigs today when mining XMR.

First sign of trouble:

01/05/17-15:07:54 - New job received from xmr-usa.dwarfpool.com:8050
cannot convert blob data
01/05/17-15:07:58 - SHARE FOUND (target 10000) - (GPU 3 of 4)
Share accepted (172 ms)!
01/05/17-15:08:06 - SHARE FOUND (target 10000) - (GPU 1 of 4)
Share rejected (203 ms)!
{"id":4,"jsonrpc":"2.0","error":{"code":-1,"message":"Lowdifficultyshare"}}
01/05/17-15:08:10 - SHARE FOUND (target 10000) - (GPU 2 of 4)
Share rejected (187 ms)!
{"id":4,"jsonrpc":"2.0","error":{"code":-1,"message":"Lowdifficultyshare"}}
01/05/17-15:08:23 - SHARE FOUND (target 10000) - (GPU 0 of 4)
Share rejected (156 ms)!

and then progresses to:

01/05/17-15:09:48 - SHARE FOUND (target 10000) - (GPU 0 of 4)
Share accepted (203 ms)!
DevFee: 01/05/17-15:09:55 - SHARE FOUND (target 10000) - (GPU 0 of 4)

Share accepted (203 ms)!
01/05/17-15:10:05 - SHARE FOUND (target 10000) - (GPU 0 of 4)
Share rejected (156 ms)!
{"id":4,"jsonrpc":"2.0","error":{"code":-1,"message":"Unauthenticated"}}
01/05/17-15:10:09 - SHARE FOUND (target 10000) - (GPU 3 of 4)
Share rejected (157 ms)!
{"id":4,"jsonrpc":"2.0","error":{"code":-1,"message":"Unauthenticated"}}
01/05/17-15:10:16 - SHARE FOUND (target 10000) - (GPU 3 of 4)
Share rejected (156 ms)!
{"id":4,"jsonrpc":"2.0","error":{"code":-1,"message":"Unauthenticated"}}
01/05/17-15:10:25 - SHARE FOUND (target 10000) - (GPU 0 of 4)
Share rejected (156 ms)!
{"id":4,"jsonrpc":"2.0","error":{"code":-1,"message":"Unauthenticated"}}
01/05/17-15:10:27 - SHARE FOUND (target 10000) - (GPU 0 of 4)
Share rejected (125 ms)!

I have also seen some rigs complain about an IP ban, but it's inconsistent... it's like I'm occasionally banned from just one of the IPs that xmr-usa.dwarfpool.com resolves to, but not the rest?

These rigs are all using Claymore 9.6 & 9.7, and the issue seems to impact just a couple rigs at a time... with the rest of the fleet apparently continuing to mine without issue.

My stats hasn't reported blocks found/shares in the last hour and current approx speed is 0 khs yet it has been continuing to accept shares from my miners. Is there possibly something funky going on with this pool? Where did my blocks/shares/hashes go for at least the last hour?

Website shows zero stats, account stats is stuck, MoneroHash hashrate distribution chart no longer shows Dwarfpool and it has zero hashrate. OP is not posting any info or any update on here either. What's really going on? An unscheduled exit perhaps with all the pending miners' proceeds? I've read somewhere in these forums about the unsavory history of the pool admin in the community but I still gave it the benefit of the doubt...until now.

"All monero pools under attack. Write email with your wallet and IP used for mining to get private server."

Would be interested to know what other XMR pools are worth exploring that allow mining to an exchange with a low payout threshold?

Well, apparently the admin has had a history of scamming so perhaps, that explains the "payout games" that this pool usually plays and then plays dumb by not replying to any request for support on here.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583449.msg17326132#msg17326132

Be warned then.

same here, monero pool.

still nothing, almost 0.5 ETH on BS "Confirmed but still not on balance"
fucking thief. not mining there for the last 6+ hours and probably never will again.

now after delaying it for almost a day, the funds were transferred to the actual balance from "I know it's your money but I hold it for a while" section
and an hour ago XMR payout went out (upon manual request for a nice price of 0.024 XMR) an hour ago with transaction number that DOESN'T exist in the blockchain...

Monero did a hard fork a few days ago and the transfer fees skyrocketed.  The pool manager increased the min withdrawal and it's announced on the site.  The fees for monero are ridiculous now but may average down soon.

If you load the Monero GUI wallet and try to transfer some, you will see that a 1 monero tx costs 2%
