Title says it all. If you login, the forum registers this as a post and you are unable to post for 20 seconds.

This may be being used to combat spam, but it would be a simple time delay change for someone running a spam bot. Better solution is to force certain variables during registration and send anyone to moderation if they choose the default, bogus one.
