I do not think you will find enough attention for many reasons:

 - You can buy this ticket using less risky and refundable payment methods.
 - Most of the use of Bitcoin and altcoins is for speculative and not for buying and selling stuff.
 - The only beneficiaries of these tickets are currently in Russia.
 - Your account is new and without previous trading activity "need some trust."

I advise you to open a new topic in Russian section and provide escrow for this.
