No one in altcoins market can beat bitcoin since it's holding the dominance of over 50%, not even all altcoins combine, in addition there are p2p transactions that are not added in coinmarketcap, mostly it's bitcoin transactions.

I think the year 2018 is and was the worst year for cryptocurrency as the year is marked by regulations. Many coins dropped in prices. Different investors have different perceptions about altcoin's condition this year. With regards to its progress, the fall down of most cryptocurrencies outweighs the healthy progress of some so i think this year is more of a crisis to crypto than calling it a year for them.

That time is the time that we are all waiting, that is why the word HODL was invented because those who believe will hold for life.
With this kind of mentality, it could make us rich or will result to a loss of investment but as long as we invest what we can afford, this would not hurt our future.
