Is there a KYC procedure to buy Timechain tokens?

Yes, but it is easy to do it and nowadays it does not take much time Smiley

Do i only need government issued ID,or proof of residence too?

They sometimes ask for proof of residence too, yea, but it is not a must for KYC in general.

Why not develop a wallet of your own?

It seems like a lot of development and effort that can be used elsewhere because we already have wallets that were developed just for that purpose.

I agree, it seems to me unnecessary to invest money into developing something that already exists on the market if it satisfy the conditions.

True, it does take quite a toll on the development to make your own. But sometimes projects opt for this for security reasons.

But aren't hardware wallets even more secure? And I don't any project is willing to invest in the development of hardware wallets.

maybe in the general sense of security for customer, but from the projects perspective - it is probably easier to track.

Why would project spend funds on hardware wallet design and go to competition with Ledger?

Yeah, there are much smarter ways to spend the funds and use existing infrastructure that works and people are familiar with.

MVP is Minimum Viable Product - so basically the product/platform/app with just enough features to satisfy early customers, and to provide feedback for future product development

Read about the project, Timechain has supported a large number of digital coins. What measures do you use to attract digital money to the Timechain platform? Do you set the standard for coins so that they can be joined to the foundation?

I like the project idea and love the concept. It will be easier to buy crypto with Fiat pairing.

what do you mean? I can not fully understand the context of your message. Does this apply to the use of a token after its sale? type, when will we be able to see the finished product?

Their beta wallet is supposed to launch during Q3 and platform during Q4, for the beginning with the desktop app, and later on android and iOS versions.

Not just to check out but to test and report errors. Beta testing is an important tool for grinding out those small errors that maybe only users would come across, and it's cheaper than hiring a bunch of people to do the testing.

Yes but maybe they have a team for testing, but this would be useful to collect customer experience.
