Someone who has purchased one of these may be able to share better contract details. I'm not convinced that they are as compliant as they like to make themselves out to be but again, someone closer should be able to provide more detail on that. One thing i can say is the biometrics are of no value when it comes to US Federal and State money transmitter laws. $20,000
