Made deposits on many coins 3 hours ago. Transactions are showing in each coin's block chain.
Nothing on cryptsy. Not even the usual 500+ confirmations when its fucked up.
Any comments on this ?

Same problem. Made deposit yesterday still not showing. Price of coin changed dramatically since then and lost a lot of money for not having quick deposit or even a good support. Anyways...

https://cryptsy.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/newLast time I had that problem they resolved my ticket in like 20 min. Btw you only lose money if you sell at a lower price than when you bought the coins.

I also deposited some coins at cryptsy and did not have the same problem.
Coins showed up in my wallet after 8 confirms.

I fucking hate them - in the same boat as you guys, I don't even bother with a ticket anymore, by the time they reply to your ticket (about 4 days at least) it will have sorted itself, and the charges they have is fucking ridiculous for such a shit service.

I've moved over to MCXnow for the coins they have. The exchange works much better.
I'd rather be on cryptsy than mcxnow after the stunts the owner has pulled. |

Yeah isnt that great. Just sitting there watching the price crash while you waiting gosh knows how long. That is not the norm. Sometimes you wait well over 12+ hours. In many of my cases, even though I am polite it still takes over a day. Its alright though, due to the poor service cryptsy is now only 2 of the top 10 in price on coinwarz now. This is what happens when you have such service. Heck, doge getting popular at other exchanges now. |

My coins appeared sometime during the night, as usual the coin price dropped 30% so thanks BigVern you plank with your new updated servers.
Coinmarket.io is far superior, let's hope they can add more coins soon.

Similar problem here. Deposited some leaf coins to check if this wallet works fine on cryptsy and this was like 12 hours ago.
Still nothing on my leaf balance. Posted a ticket will see how long it will take to resolve.
These deposits should work really fast though. If you want to get rid of some coin which has good price now you should be able to deposit it fast or if you need to make a payment you should be able to take money from the exchange to your wallet also instantly.
They are lots of things to be worked out but as overall functions cryptsy is probably the best place to exchange crypto currencies at this point.

I also sometimes have to wait days for my deposits to show up. They are not even showing up as "pending" although there are hundreds of confirmations. I'm going to vote with my feet going forward. Vircurex is reliable, although they only deal in the most established coins. Poloniex is also very fast and so far reliable.

cryptorush.in seems to be more responsive, quicker transactions with minimum withdrawal fee.
mcxnow is also responsive and it pays interest for deposits, but withdrawal fee is relatively higher.
cryptsy is so 2013...

Patience is not an option when a new coin is added and the frenzy is on. Besides, considering the volume and traffic you mentioned, they should be able to afford better servers and/or staff to deal with it? It's not exactly a free service... |
