I tried to withdraw BTC from Bitstamp more than 3 hours ago and it says "waiting to be processed".

Has anyone else had this problem? I have already been KYC'd long ago. Has stamp run out of coins wtf!?  Huh

I had to wait 4-5 hours for three bitcoin withdrawals to be processed by Bitstamp after I confirmed the email. Then I made another withdrawal and it was nearly instant.

Frustrating as I needed them in a hurry.

It takes a few minutes/hours depending on the workflow, the hour (CET time for Bitstamp),the day(weekend...),etc...
No need to go further

Have you confirmed via the email link? I make a withdrawal recently with no trouble.
