Although you fully recovered your account, it will be tagged with Negative Trust as DT will not trust you because your account is bought. I read some discussions that buying account is not really prohibited but it is "discouraged"

Yes, I agree completely with you, but with the advent of the Merit system to get the same Full Member status is very difficult. And if a person does not need an account, why not sell it to someone who needs it.
