I am trying to put 6 fans on the rig but I only see one pin on the motherboard to hookup fans. Any suggestions on what to do?

You can use either a molex to 3 pin adapter or you can get splitter cables that go from 1 to 2 or even 1 to 4  3 pin fan connectors.  If your fans are molex models you may be able to daisy chain them together too.

Just get a 3-pin or 4-pin (depending on your fan connector) to molex adapter, something like this: https://www.amazon.com/CRJ-4-Pin-Molex-Sleeved-Adapter/dp/B075NPZ94N/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1530215327&sr=8-1&keywords=3-pin+to+molex+adapter

I am using this fan
https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-F12-PWM-PST-Technology/dp/B00NTUJTAK/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1530215608&sr=8-3&keywords=ARCTIC+F12+PWM+PST

They provide a way to chain them together but my worry is that if I put 6 of them together , the first fan's wire will get overheated as it will carry current for all of them.

The Biostar TB250-BTC Pro has two 4-pin system fan headers. One next to the CPU fan header and another on the opposite side of the motherboard next to the 4-pin molex PCI-E aux power connector.

You can use a sata to 4-pin PWM fan header splitter to connect multiple fans to the same header so they all run at the same speed set in the Bios.

You can also use a sata or molex adapter to power multiple fans but they will all run at full speed.

Another option is to use a box fan instead of a bunch of small fans. Cheaper, much more effective at removing the hot air around the rig and easy to replace.

Thanks a lot for the explanation. My rig is on top of armoire and am still trying to find a box fan that can fit in the narrow space.

Yes, box fans can be a great option. We use them on more then half of our rigs and have been quite pleased with the results so far.  They wind up being a cheaper option in most cases too.
