Probably they are under the same person and probably he has a lot more of accounts.
If you want consider them 2 "groups of people" :

• They abused on the past, gr2 for adbank and gr1 for playkey.
• Plus they abused with random accounts on random bounties you can check addresses.

group 1 are 420moviez + Zotia

group 2 are KotletaTokenov, Xoce6patxopxe, Viva!, Aresha

But group 1 and group 2 are linked so they are probably under the same person.
