the ways you can earn VidyCoin by taking part in the Vidy Bounty Program!
Allocation0.5% of the total supply of VidyCoin is allocated to the Bounty Program, which means up to
50,000,000 VidyCoin will be distributed through this Bounty Program.
The Vidy Bounty Program consists of Two Parts:

address. Please do not use any exchange wallet address (such as Coinbase/GDAX,
Bitstamp, Kraken, Bittrex, Poloniex and etc.) as you don't hold the private keys to your
wallet on an exchange. MyEtherWallet is highly recommended.
It is also very important to always keep your private keys secure by never giving them away
to an untrustworthy site or third party. The Vidy team will never ask for your private
keys.

2.11 Vidy Account Campaign (To be Announced)Cap2,500,000 VidyCoin

All participants who successfully earn VidyCoin in the Bounty Campaigns from at least five

eligible for the lottery.
Jackpot Lottery5 Jackpot Lottery winners will be selected from all eligible candidates to receive 200,000

NoteEvery participant needs to fill out a final form to claim all of the VIDY he/she earns from the

Legal NotesParticipants of the VIDY Token Sale ("Referrers") are eligible to participate in this Referral
Program ("VIDY Bounty Program"). In respect of any referral submitted by the Referrer
pursuant to this VIDY Bounty Program, the Referrer warrants and confirms that:
The referred potential new token sale participant ("Referee") has given consent for their
personal data to be provided to Vidy Foundation ("Company") and to receive these
referral program marketing communications from the Company;
The Referrer shall indemnify the Company for any loss, damage or liability suffered or
incurred by the Company arising from or in relation to the VIDY Bounty Program;
and
this offer should only be sent to people with whom the Referrer have an existing
relationship with such as friends or family.
Vidy has the sole discretion to determine whether or not the criteria to qualifications for a
Bounty allocation are fulfilled (example: whether a Retweet is appropriate for a VIDY Token
Sale).
Bounty distribution may be withheld at the discretion of Vidy. The most common circumstance
would be due to the incomplete Bounty condition requirements. Additional Bounties can be
rewarded to users who are particularly active during the VIDY Token Sale campaign, in case
there are leftover VIDY from the Bounty pool.
Any disputes that may arise from the VIDY Bounty Program will be dealt in the courts of
Singapore.
Eligibility RequirementsTo be eligible for this bounty campaign, you are subject to the same regulations of the VIDY
Token Sale participation.
You are not eligible to and you shall not purchase VIDY through its token sale if you are a
citizen or resident (tax or otherwise) or any country or state where the purchase of VIDY or
similar Crypto Token may be prohibited or the token sale is deemed to be not compliant with
the applicable laws and regulations.
