What exactly do you mean by 16-bit? Color depth or 16x16 resolution? (people mix them up all the time).

SNES, Sega Genesis, TurboGFX style artwork.

I assume it technically refers to the color depth but my goal is to have us look like video game characters. I suppose 8 bit would be fine as well.
