So I had an idea, that doesn't actually seem to be around yet, for an Android app.

A Bitcoin based Android market. It will sell all kinds of apps, and will be free to publish on. We could take a fee of all Bitcoin sales made on the market.

That is unless something like this DOES exist. But I haven't found one yet.

If you're an interested Android developer who would want equity in this (I'm flat broke at the moment ) and wants a small side project to work on while they do the work that actually does get them paid, please PM me... If not just ignore this

fascinating , your Idea can work, no doubt , so you are saying that you are looking for developers and investor  good luck with that i hope you get few soon because idea is not bad, and lot can be added to that ,..!
