Speculating on an exact price is stupid. Last big support is around 350$ so there is no point in talking about 300$ just yet. The trend is in favor of the bears right now so I would say it's absolutely possible to go below 400$. You will have to wait to see how it reacts to 350$. 3 Options:

I think it can not decrease under 300$. 400$ is interesting price for investing and I think it is price support level of that currency. But falling down from 1500 to 40 is not good pattern.

I guess yes. Current situation is already getting worst than what it was last week. I am sure that there is no way it will recover in such short period of time. Many investor are already in the panic phase and thats the prime reason as to why the crypto currencies are falling down right now. So there is high possibility that ETH will be at the position of 300 USD where it was already in the past. Almost all the currencies are setting themselves back to the prices where they were earlier. So I guess it is also good opportunity for us to get in and buy more and more ETH. Because this is also true that they will spike back to ATH of December one more time.

This is very likely. I don’t think $400 is the bottom because we can see that when the price drops to $400, the rebound is not strong. The price of Ethereum continued to fluctuate between $400 to $450 during these days. So I think after adjusting, the price of Ethereum will continue downward.
