Does is contain CPU and motherboard, or it's just HDD chasis with SAS cables to be connected somewhere?

Does is contain CPU and motherboard, or it's just HDD chasis with SAS cables to be connected somewhere?

For the 45 Bay, there is no room for motherboard, you will need 2 SFF-8088 SAS cables to be connected to access all the drives.

We do have a 24 Bay with motherboard if you are interested:
