Day in day out many ICO are being launched coin pumped into the market. But the pricing of this token are still in relative of the current price of btc. Making almost all of the BTC dependent

I agree, all the altkoins depend on bitcoin, and if it falls, then the whole market falls, with growth the same.

That is possible if the altcoin is trafficked with USDT.
The sale of Altcoin / USDT will reduce the dependence of altcoin on bitcoin. Besides, bitcoin must reduce its dominance in the market and traders do not put all their money into bitcoin to reduce its throne so that altcoin can compete in a fair way.
