Hi guys,
Is there any info or support available for this unit? Mine worked for like 15 hours, but now i'm unable to ping the device. Also the unit seems to turn on (fan is spinning), but the lights on the back stopped working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated !

It's probably killed your PSU. Mine killed 4 PSUs in the few weeks I ran it.

If the lights don't come on, and the fan does, then the fuse is probably gone.
The fan is wired in before the fuse. If there's no green lights, there's no power to the power board.

if you can find the blown capacitor or circuit you can gently re solder it back into the board.
look up some you tube guides on how to re-solder etc.. don't be shy to drill out the blown section and heat up a small soldering wire to reconnect it.
if you are burning these out you are running too hot (obv?)
put your box in a cooler area, and maybe put a fan on it.
take my advice with a grain of salt <3

You don't drill anything on 4 layer boards. Unless you want a dead 4 layer board.

wanted to let u guys know; the issue was resolved when i took it apart, and put back in all the cards.. not sure why cause it wasnt loose or anything but i guess it likes to be touch from the inside occasionally.

Well, that's good that ends good. Though it is really interesting to know the reason not just presumed cause of what's happened

These are four layer boards and you don't want to be running holes into them, unless you know exactly what you are doing.
