I've thrown up a little loan site. If you want to hep me get on GLBSE let me know. I also need a domain name, or anyone know where I can buy one with BTC? It does work right now but I want to do a more... public announcement after I see how it fairs.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

ESET NOD32 flagged it as "potentially dangerous content" and in my experience they are usually pretty accurate. But if you feel differently then by all means check it out, I was just giving a friendly heads-up.

Yep. I ask for two forms of ID. I'm going by ID, if they have a forum account (and I grade that largely using your table). I'm developing a few more and I'll use it as a check system. So far ID gets you 2.5 for each form, and then each one of your traits are worth 1.5 for a max of 14, any more then that and I will require a stockholder motion to increase allowance per person.

Q. So, if I understand correctly, you will be giving loans to people. Is there any more to your company, or is that all you do?
A. I am also investing is shares, currency, bonds, and/or options (as stated in the contract).

Q. Do you have a business plan?
A. Business plan is Pretty much to pay back all initial investments as soon as possible and operate and a minimal profit margin to gain more customers.

Q. Are you investing money into this, or is all the initial funding coming from the GLBSE IPO?
A. I've invested about 4btc so far, and I'll continue to invest my profits back into the company until profits are made.

Q. How soon and how frequently will you pay dividends? Are any of the profits reinvested in the company?
A. Bit coins are lent out on week long contracts usually, which will allow for monthly dividend payments.

Q. How will you stop people from just taking a loan from you and dissapearing?
A. We do either require 1 form of ID (background check software will be used) or a forum account with 140 posts where we can gather such information from.

Q. Do you give loans for any reason, or do you want a good reason for the loans?
A. We have a criteria:
1. More than 140 posts
2. Been registered for more than 2 months
3. Provide IP Address
4. Active in forum
5. At least 2 or 3 feedback/trades on forum
6. 1 Form of Identification
7. 2 Forms of Identification
Each one is worth 1.5, and either #1 or #2 are required, any loans are given at our discretion and actual amount can vary from the 1.5

How do you determine both the ones taking the loans are trustworthy so as to protect the ones giving the loans?
