it is none of them. what you see here is just a dead cat bounce and nothing more. what happened is that after all these days of altcoin dumping the market is taking a breath.

in fact the whales always let the market take a break and then they let the newbies start placing their buy orders so that the order books are populated enough.
then they will dump into that fuller order book and make a bigger profit.

suddenly a surge on crypto going up just makes us smile all day

With the pump, only bitter, salty and haters of bitcoin or crypto's aren't happy today.

are we seeing the rebound or its just temporary, my view is 50/50

Negative? don't listen to negative speculations and at this moment, no one can clearly tell you if this is temporal or not.

Don't regret every single move that you are doing in this market, it will make you stay and can't move on. Just learn from that scenario and do it on the next days if you see same pattern.

Could be a bull trap, it's really easy to just say that the negative trend has been ended and from now and on we are going higher, but I think that it is too early to know.
If the trend continues we may enter new support levels, it seems like the recent uptrends happened without a real reason, and when something happens without a real reason it usually won't stay in it's level for long.

As a longer term investor I don't really mind about short-term trends but I do think that if I were a short-term investor it could be a good opportunity to sell, so I can buy back lower.

What could be a better reason than that most investors see price below the $6000 price level as good buy? As a result of that volume of trade spiked up and market capitalization was up by over $26M within 24 hours. Even if a formidable support is not in place yet, the market just made a statement that they're on standby, keenly looking to mop up excess supply from the market. So it's indeed a good weekend!

Looks like another normal fluctuated day we have been witnessing since couple of months. You cant predict if it will long last just because its pumping today.

Sad truth. It could just be a pump then dump and dump. But I hope not. I am believing that for the next couple of months there will be a very green market condition, full of pumps.

I personally see if as a bit of positivity after BTC succeeded in holding the 6K level multiple times. Some investors see that as a bullish sign and were ready to make a purchase. Its anybodies guess as to whether it will continue though as weekends are usually slow in crypto world and we will see what happens as we move into the week. One positive point is that end of the month is pay weekend for a lot of people, so there may be a bit extra fiat entering the market over the next week if everything plays out to plan.

It's a pretty weird thing that you have noticed but I am hoping this could mean that the market is slowly getting better and greener. Who knows, we might experience a very good market by the end of July.

We are in the 3rd quarter and base on previous years market history, it might be the bull run season for crypto. And as what we saw right now, mostly all coins are on started to go higher. But we shall never expect more as we are in volatility market, every time might have changes either ups or downs.

Yes, it's a good weekend at least btc was able to make a slight pump where every investors are longing for this scenario. btc went from $5700 to more than $6400 and that was pretty awesome

The pump is not just sudden
The news has been positive for over a week and I think it took to long for the positivity to reflect in the prices of the altcoins
And that is probably due to the whales

Still we can only enjoy the good tides because we endured the poor ones
